Officer J.Flynn said there were no witnesses to this accident and the estimated time of 6:45 AM was uncertain, which lead me to believe this was a hit and run accident. Officer J.Flynn also said the victim was J-Walking across Mowry Ave. from the Islander Motel to the Fremont Hub. All photo except the one that was published in the Fremont Bulletin, Nov. 1, 2008, have been removed.
